On July 23, the grand opening ceremony of Lynux Shipping Japan Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CA Shipping Group, was successfully held at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Mr. Song Zhenhai, Executive Director of CA Shipping Group, Mr. Sun Qiming, General Manager of LYNUX SHIPPING Japan, and other guests from government and business sectors gathered to witness this important milestone in CA Shipping’s global expansion.
The ceremony was attended by notable guests, including Mr. Saito Tetsuo, Member of the House of Representatives of Japan; Mr. Kido Kazuoki, Policy Secretary; Mr. Adachi Motonari, Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT); Mr. Ninoyu Satoshi, Chairman of the African Development Association; Mr. Yano Tetsuro; and Mr. Takahashi Yasuhito, Head of the Railway Business Division of the Railway Bureau. During the ceremony, Mr. Song Zhenhai reviewed CA Shipping’s history and highlighted the significance of its long-standing connection with Japan. In July 1998, when Chun An Shipping was established, the company’s first vessel, “Chun An”, was introduced from Haide Shipping in Tokyo. The name “Chun An” represents the company’s philosophy: “Chun” symbolizes vitality and new beginnings, while “An” represents Chun An’s unwavering commitment to providing safe and reliable services for customers. The launch of LYNUX SHIPPING Japan further strengthens the company’s local presence and enables the Group to provide more efficient and comprehensive maritime logistics solutions to customers.
Mr. Sun Qiming shared the future vision and development plans of LYNUX SHIPPING Japan, expressing appreciation for the support from partners and guests. Subsequently, Mr. Saito Tetsuo, Member of the House of Representatives of Japan, and Mr. Yano Tetsuro, Chairman of the African Development Association, delivered speeches to congratulate Chun An Shipping Japan on its official launch.
